Next to the well-known seaside resort of Nha Trang, diver-fishermen from the village of Ninh Van dive daily (during the fishing season) with hookahs to depths of over 40m. These fishermen have no diving training and accidents are frequent.
In collaboration with AFEPS (www.afeps.org), we have set up a training program for these fishermen/divers.
