This project was launched during our stay in December 2017, following contacts with the universities of Diego Suarez and Tuléar. Its aim is to respond to a request from the University of Toliara, and more specifically from the Institut Halieutique et des Sciences Marines (IHSM), to provide training in diving techniques to students and teachers as a complement to their underwater biology courses.
